The
Yoga Study Group is a natural development for students who are
following yoga classes and feel the need to deepen the study of
the art of yoga.
The Study Group is for those of you, who would like to practice
yoga in a more mature way, adding ease and beauty to your practice,
gaining understanding of anatomy and physiology, including the
study of the classical scriptures of yoga and how to cooperate
yoga into daily life.
Every yoga student, also beginners, are welcome to join.
The Study Group will meet ten times for the whole day on Sundays,
for the next studying year from September until June. Those who
are interested in teaching yoga can get a personal programme,
on top of the meetings of the Study Group.
The Yoga Study Group will serve as a sort of retreat (to take
a break from daily life), so you will be able to take the time
to deepen your practice.
The combination of western approach, which emphasises a physical
and somehow sientific practice, into the old eastern tradition
of meditation, breathing and mental development and to integrate
them into a more holistic approach to life.
